•     This training is most preferable to fresh graduates who want to get deep into the banking sector and want to know about the banking business and how it is conducted. This course aims to provide the real time knowledge about what’s going on in the banking and financial world. The classes are conducted by professional bankers from commercial banks, senior managers from development banks, chartered accountants, and lawyers who impart real time knowledge to the students.

•     This course is conducted over a period of 50 days that includes 35 days of lecture sessions and 15 days of simulation.

•     This course is available at STAR for NRs. 6000/- per participant only.

Advanced Banking Training Course

•       This course is most preferable to Master degree holders who have advanced theoretical background. This course contains more extensive syllabus that covers detailed aspects of banking operations and bank management. The classes are conducted by professional bankers from commercial banks, senior managers from development banks, chartered accountants, and lawyers who impart real time knowledge to the students.

•       This course is conducted over a period of 60 days that includes 35 days of lecture sessions and 25 days of simulation.

•       This course is available at STAR for NRs. 8,000/- per participant only.

Pre-service Training/Induction Classes for Newly Recruited Staffs of Banks

•      This course is the choice of many financial institutions who want their newly recruited staffs to be trained in a simulation based training facility. This course provides practical knowledge on the basic banking operations that will be fed to the participants in our virtual learning facility at STAR. The participants will learn to perform by practicing the activities in the virtual bank.
